Skats the Clown Specializes in some pretty fancy balloon
sculptures. Here are some of the things he makes:
Guitars, an umbrella, a pumpkin, really cool dinosaurs, butterflies,
fish on fishing poles, monkeys on palm trees, all sorts of flowers,
and even Elmo! Along with the usual balloon shapes...dogs,
crazy hats, teddy bear on a heart, and much more!

David Engel has been clowning for over twenty years. He has toured Europe
three times with his zany clown antics (garnering awards at festivals in
Rotterdam, Netherlands and Auriac, France). David is also member of New
York's own Big Apple Circus' "Clown Care Program" bring laughter and
merriment to children in pediatric hospitals.
Part Jerry Lewis and part Daffy Duck with a pinch of Jim Carrey and a dash of
Buster Keaton, David's clown characters offer an uncommon blend of theatrics
and clown skills, something different among your average "Party Clown". David
has a refreshing attitude towards children that prompt adults to ask him back
again and again.
